A Message From Our Leadership

Letterpress Leadership 2024

Dear Friends and Partners,

What a year it’s been! Looking back on 2024, we feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude — for the growth, the changes and especially for each of you who have supported us on this journey.

This year we took some exciting steps. We launched a newsletter and news page to share our favorite stories with you, and we’ve loved hearing how they resonate. Alex’s article on Appalachian resilience speaks to the heart of our community-powered work and the rural stories that inspire it.

The biggest change? Our leadership transition! Alex became our first CEO and Lyndsie our first COO, freeing Ilsa to focus on deepening our partnerships and vision for the future.

And next year is a special one for us. In April, Letterpress turns ten — celebrating a decade of community-powered marketing! We’re proud of our ten years of growth, and we’re grateful to you, our partners, for the role you’ve played in it.

Here’s to the next decade of impact, together.

With joy,

A Farmville resident herself, Lyndsie brings a unique local perspective that’s invaluable to our community-powered mission — and integral to shaping our operations and team culture. Now, as COO, she’s focused on steering our team toward new opportunities while ensuring we stay rooted in our mission and community impact.
