Chief Operations Officer
At Letterpress Communications I serve as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep our team and clients moving forward. I work closely with our CEO to align vision with strategy — managing finances, refining systems, and ensuring that our people and processes have the support they need to do their best work.
Since joining Letterpress in 2016, I’ve helped guide the agency’s growth with a focus on stability, collaboration and care — for both our clients and our team. My background includes a master’s degree from Duke University and years of experience building and nurturing organizations to ensure that creativity and structure can thrive side by side.
What drives me most is seeing our clients and our employees succeed. I’m passionate about creating a workplace where people feel valued and supported and about partnering with clients who are committed to making a positive impact in their communities. I believe the best work happens when curiosity, creativity and purpose all come together.

When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me reading a book, in the audience of my oldest son's band concert, at the soccer field with my younger son or planning a Disney cruise with my husband!
