“You need to get off that phone.” — My parents in 2010 as I was glued to Facebook, not knowing I would one day be a social media manager.

At Letterpress I serve as an account executive and social media manager — which means I get to spend my days helping clients shape strategy, stay on track and build community online. I manage projects with care and clarity, but social media is where I truly shine. What started as way too much screentime as a teen has turned into a powerful storytelling tool — and now I get to use it for good.

Before joining Letterpress I earned my bachelor’s degree in English (Rhetoric and Professional Writing) from Longwood University, followed by a Master of Arts in English (Composition and Rhetoric) from Miami University. I made the jump from academia to marketing, but Letterpress gives me the best of both worlds — I support higher ed clients and purpose-driven organizations, while still keeping my teaching skills sharp through workshops and courses.

My approach is a balance of creative and practical. I believe the best work comes from collaboration, and I love building off my teammates’ ideas to craft solutions that are thoughtful, effective and rooted in community.
